Naas Landscaping (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website www.naaslandscaping.ie. These terms apply to your use of our website and our service. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.
What we do
Naas Landscaping helps customers find local landscaping contractors. We do not carry out landscaping work ourselves. When you submit an enquiry, we may pass your details to an independent contractor who can contact you directly. Any quote, booking, payment, invoice, guarantee or issue with the work is agreed directly between you and the contractor carrying out the job. We are not responsible for the contractor’s workmanship, pricing, delays, materials, guarantees or insurance. Please make sure you are happy with the contractor before agreeing to any work.
The contractors are independent
The contractors we put you in touch with are independent businesses. They are not employed by us, they do not act as our agent, and we do not act as theirs. Any agreement for the work is between you and the contractor.
Our responsibility
Because we do not carry out the work and are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor, to the fullest extent the law allows we are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, cost or dispute arising from work carried out by a contractor. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

The content on our website is general information and can change without notice. We take care to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or up to date.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Where anything in these terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights come first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute arising from them.
